We offer multiple levels of service:
- Same Day Rush: Service attempts are made the same day we receive your documents.
- Rush: Service attempts are made within 24 hours.
- Priority Service: Service attempts are made within 48 hours.
- Routine Service: Service attempts are made within 48-72 hours.
Can you find an address on a person who needs to be served but has moved?
We have a dedicated skip tracing department that can assist you in obtaining a valid service address.
What if a person is difficult to serve or being evasive?
We offer stakeout and surveillance of any difficult-to-serve individuals. Please contact our office for details.
Can you E-file my documents?
Currently, Missouri and Kansas only allow attorneys to e-file documents on a case. If you are an attorney and need your affidavits e-filed, we are able to do so in both Kansas and Missouri. Please contact our office for details.
How can I send you my documents?
You can send us your documents directly by email, or you can utilize our request services upload page to send your documents directly to our system.
Do your process servers use GPS photos with each serve?
Most of our process servers utilize our top-rated process serving mobile app. This allows us to track your job from start to finish, supplying GPS time-stamped photos of your service.
Can we use your address to accept service on Subpoenas who request Production of Documents to a local address?
Yes, depending on which part of the state you request documents to be produced, we can accept service of those documents at one of our office addresses.
